1. Based on Standard Twin Room (2 x single beds) with an additional roller bed
2. Movement may be constricted due to additional bed in the room
3. If Triple Sharing Room is not available, a Standard Twin Room plus a Standard Single Room will be arranged. Surcharges apply.

1)	Group departure is subject to a minimum group size of 16 full package adults without Tour Manager. 
2)	Tour will be conducted in Bahasa, unless otherwise stated.
3)	All MISC charges are subject to change without prior notice and the difference shall be borne by the tour member. 
4)	Full payment, passport copy and / or any approved visa copy must be submitted at least 45 working days prior to departure date. However, tour member may be required to settle the balance payment earlier in the event of advance ticket issuance is requested by the airlines.
5)	Tour confirmation will be notified 3 weeks before departure date. 
6)	Tour member must obtain final tour confirmation from AVSB before making any own arrangements including connecting flights, hotel arrangements and travel deviations, failing which all costs incurred will be borne by the tour member.
7)	REMINDER: 
a) Health and Mobility
Tour member must ensure he/she is medically and physically fit for travel. If the tour member fails to disclose any physical, medical or other special needs that require special attention at the time of booking, AVSB reserves the right to cancel the reservation or discontinue the tour at any point in time. 
b) Exit and Entry
Exit : Before exiting Malaysia, tour member is reminded to have passport validity of at least 6 months upon date of returning from abroad, and is also responsible to ensure of his/her travelling status with Immigration Department of Malaysia.
Entry : Before entering the country/countries to be visited, tour member must ensure all relevant visa, vaccination, necessary travel documents and certificates are in accordance with the requirement of the local authorities. 
8)	By confirming this booking, the tour member has acknowledged all the above and indemnify AVSB in the event AVSB undergoes any loss or damage as a result of the tour member’s failure to comply on all the above. AVSB will not be held liable or bear any losses for any failure to observe the said requirements including deportation. For any amendment / cancellation of booking, kindly refer to the Terms & Conditions of Tourism Industry Regulations 1992.
