FULL TOUR

UK VISA FEE IS EXCLUDED IN MISC CHARGES

1. Once the booking is confirmed, RM 2,000 charges will apply regardless of the cancellation timeline.
    * If Cancellation is made >120 days prior to sailing, a minimum amount of RM 4,000 will be charged.
    * If cancellation is made between 90-70 days: Forfeit deposit
    * If cancellation is made between 69-40 days: 50% of the tour fare
    * If cancellation is made between 39-20 days: 75% of the tour fare
    * within 19 days: 100% of charge

2. Deposit payment schedule:-
   *Upon booking made, a deposit of RM 10,000 per person is needed.
    * 150 days prior to departure date, a second deposit of of RM 15,000 per person is needed.
    * 70 days prior to departure date, final payment is needed. 

3. Visa Processing (UK) ** at least 3mths before departure
