Important Notes & Terms

Gratuities (On Board):
Gratuities are excluded from the miscellaneous charges. Guests are required to pay USD 16 per person per day directly on board.

Cancellation Policy & Payment Schedule

1) Once the booking is confirmed, a cancellation fee of RM 6,000 will apply regardless of the cancellation timeline (FOR 25DEC2026 DEPARTURE).

2) For cancellations made on or after 1 January 2026, a cancellation fee of RM 10,000 will apply (FOR 25DEC2026 DEPARTURE).

3) Tour Cancellation Terms:

Cancellation made 180 days or more before departure: RM 12,000
Cancellation made 179–100 days before departure: RM 20,000
Cancellation made 99–60 days before departure: RM 50,000
Cancellation made 59–31 days before departure: RM 55,000
Cancellation made 30 days or less before departure: 100% of Tour Fare + Miscellaneous Charges

4) Payment Schedule:

*150 days before departure: Second deposit of RM 40,000 per person required
*70 days before departure: Final payment due

5) Name Change Policy:

Name change made between 120–90 days before departure: RM 1,500 fee per person
No name changes are allowed within 90 days of departure

**Foreign passport holders: Additional surcharge of MYR 300 per person
