1) TOUR CANCELLATION TERMS
* Once the booking is confirmed, cancellation fee of RM 2,000 tour fare will apply regardless of the cancellation timeline.
* If cancellation made 120 days prior to departure, a minimum amount of RM 4,000, will be charged 
* If cancellation made between 90 – 70 days: Forfeit Deposit 
* If cancellation made between 69 - 40 days: 50% of the tour fare
* If cancellation made 39 days or less before departure: 100% of Tour Fare + Miscellaneous Charges

2) PAYMENT SCHEDULE 
* Upon booking: First deposit of RM 8,000 per person are required 
* 60 days before departure: Final payment due

3) IMPORTANT NOTES:
* Package price valid for Malaysian only. Foreign passport holder surcharge MYR300/pax apply.
* All passport copies are required to be submitted 90 days prior to departure.
