1) Group departure is subject to a minimum group size of 8 full package adults without Tour Leader (a request for Tour Leader is subject to additional charge).
2) All airport taxes, fuel surcharge, ticket insurance (YQ), visa fees are subject to change without prior notice. The price difference will be borne by the tour members.
3) Tour confirmation will be notified 3 weeks before departure date. Any cancellation by the tour members prior to the tour departure date will be subject to cancellation charges as stated in the Terms & Conditions.   
4) Full payment, passport copy or any visa application must be submitted at least 45 days prior to departure date. However, tour members may be required to settle the balance payment earlier in the event of advance ticket issuance is requested by the airlines.
5) Tour will be conducted in English, unless stated otherwise.
6) IMPORTANT: Health and Mobility
Tour member must ensure he/she is medically and physically fit for travel. At the time of booking, you're required to disclose any physical, medical or other special needs that require special attention.
