1) All airport taxes, fuel surcharge, ticket insurance (YQ), visa fees are subject to change without prior notice. The price difference will be borne by the tour members.
2) Tour confirmation will be notified 3 weeks before departure date. Any cancellation by the tour members prior to the tour departure date will be subject to cancellation charges as stated in the Terms & Conditions.   
3) Payment: Deposit is non-refundable. Full payment, passport copy or any visa application must be submitted at least 45 days prior to departure date. However, tour members may be required to settle the balance payment earlier in the event of advance ticket issuance is requested by the airlines. A failure to comply with this requirement will result in the cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit. 
4) Tour will be conducted in Mandarin, unless stated otherwise.
5) Tour member must ensure he/she is medically and physically fit for travel. At the time of booking, you're required to disclose any physical, medical or other special needs that require special attention. If such information is not disclosed, AVC reserves the right to refuse to let you join/continue with the tour. For further details, please refer to our standard terms and conditions.
6) Cancellation by tour member: More than 45 days before the date of departure, forfeiture of tour deposit; Less than 45 days before the date of departure, forfeiture of full payment made.
7) Amendment charges: Any subsequent change by tour member made to the reservation is subject to an amendment charge of minimum fee of RM250 per change. A new tour fare will be applied accordingly and subject to confirmation.
8) Flight schedule: Flight schedule given are subject to change upon final confirmation of the tour. Changes due to airlines schedule or local conditions beyond our control may affect sequence of itinerary, attractions, hotels, meals and routes. The company reserves the right to amend or change the itinerary based on operational considerations.
