- Attends to & handles general enquiries and provide customer service to clients via, calls, walk-ins or emails
- Discuss client requirements and advise on suitable tour options
- Resolves customers’ travel problems
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of tour consultancy / tour sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
- Must be able to speak and write well in English and Chinese
